Cultural Impact on Online Learning
According to Seufert (n.d.), cultural environment affects online learning environments from two perspectives:
- Designer
- The norms, values, and beliefs of the designer’s culture influence the design of the product.
- User— the instructors and students
- Within a group, there may be differences in communication and behaviors, which will affect the culture of the group and how they use the online learning system
