Challenge:
All water treatment facilities are required by law to annually report to all it's customers regarding the status of their water supply. The challenge was to create a direct mail piece that would provide a compact, easy-to-read reference for their customers.

Outcome:
Earlier versions of the Water Quality Report was an 8-page booklet that was reduced down to an 11" x 17" brochure which made the report much easier and quicker to read.
