Creating an Effective Website
For the past few years, many organizations jumped at the chance to get on the information superhighway without much planning—just to say they're "out there." As a result, there are many poorly designed sites cluttering the web.

Creating an Effective Website won't make you a web expert, but it will give you the basics to help you get started on a website or to help you improve an existing one. Even if you won't be personally designing your site, this program will help you more effectively communicate with a designer or programmer. This is not a hands-on class, so it is perfect for users of all levels.
